About Grand Lake
Grand Lake is the largest and deepest natural lake in Colorado, about 500 acres and 389 feet deep at the headwaters of the Colorado River, with the Never Summer and Front Range peaks around it. It is joined to Shadow Mountain Reservoir and Lake Granby, which together form the Three Lakes.
The town of Grand Lake's boardwalk main street sits on the north shore beside the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park; the Grand Lake Yacht Club, founded in 1902, is the highest-altitude registered yacht club in the world.

Yes. Grand Lake is cut layer by layer from published bathymetric soundings — each layer of birch is a depth contour, so the shape of the bottom is the real one, not decorative.
Can I add my own place on it?
