About Pelican Lake
Pelican Lake lies in Crow Wing County in Minnesota's Brainerd Lakes region, covering about 8,360 acres with a maximum depth of 104 feet and water clear enough to earn the state's top water-quality grade. The lake's size and depth make it one of the more reliable lake trout and walleye fisheries in the area, and its long, open shoreline draws the resort and cabin trade common to this part of central Minnesota. Breezy Point and the smaller lakeside communities nearby put it within easy reach of the broader Brainerd tourist economy.
