About Keuka Lake
Keuka Lake is the only branched Finger Lake, a Y about 20 miles long with Bluff Point rising between its two arms, 186 feet deep and set in the heart of New York wine country. The name is Iroquois for 'canoe landing'.
Penn Yan at the northeast arm, Branchport at the northwest and Hammondsport at the south — where Glenn Curtiss flew the first public flight in America in 1908 — are the villages. Dr. Konstantin Frank's vinifera revolution started on Keuka's slopes.
On the board

Why we cut this one
Keuka Lake is one of the lakes people ask us for by name — the kind of shoreline where the house has a name and the dock has a history. This board is cut from the same depth grid the configurator uses for all 104,419 lakes, so the shape is the real one.Turn it in your hands
