About Payette Lake

Payette Lake sits at 4,990 feet with the town of McCall on its south shore, about 5,300 acres and 304 feet deep, glacial and clear. Ponderosa State Park fills the peninsula that divides the lake; the winter carnival's ice sculptures and Brundage Mountain make it a year-round town.
