About Pewaukee Lake

Pewaukee Lake is a natural lake in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, about five miles long and a mile wide, covering roughly 2,437 acres with depths reaching 46 feet. It sits just west of Milwaukee, close enough that the lake and the village of Pewaukee on its shore have long served as a weekend and after-work escape for the metro area. Musky, largemouth and smallmouth bass draw serious anglers, while the public beach and several marinas keep the water busy with pontoons and skiers through the summer.
