About Lake Seminole
Lake Seminole was formed in 1952 when the Army Corps of Engineers closed Jim Woodruff Dam at the point where the Chattahoochee and Flint rivers join to form the Apalachicola. It covers about 37,500 acres but stays shallow, rarely more than 30 feet deep, with standing timber in its coves that makes it one of the best bass lakes in the Southeast. Bainbridge, Georgia, sits at the north end; Chattahoochee and Sneads, Florida, are on the south end where the dam and the state line meet.
On the board

Why we cut this one
Lake Seminole is one of the lakes people ask us for by name — the kind of shoreline where the house has a name and the dock has a history. This board is cut from the same depth grid the configurator uses for all 104,419 lakes, so the shape is the real one.Turn it in your hands
