About Burt Lake
Burt Lake in Cheboygan County is about 17,000 acres and 73 feet deep, part of the Inland Waterway that lets boats travel 38 miles from Crooked Lake to Lake Huron. Burt Lake State Park's beach, Indian River and the Burt Lake Band's reservation history are its shore; walleye and perch are its fish.
