About Lake Leelanau

Lake Leelanau runs the length of the Leelanau Peninsula northwest of Traverse City, about 21 miles long, split into north and south basins at the village of Lake Leelanau and 121 feet deep. Vineyards, Suttons Bay and the M-22 loop frame it; the Leelanau Narrows bridge is where everyone stops.
